RT6220

RT6220是採用改進型固定導通時間ACOT^®控制架構的同步Buck轉換器，無需使用外部補償元件而具有快速的瞬態回應能力，可在4.5V~23V輸入電壓下工作，具有過流保護、欠壓保護、過壓保護等完備的保護性設計，內建1.5ms軟啟動時間，提供開漏的Power Good指示信號輸出。
